Coltivia: specialist in food products in aerosols
A unique know-how in France’s Vendée department
Coltivia, which was founded in 1992 by the Italian group Polenghi, specializes in the production and marketing of aerosol food products. The company and its 2,000 m² facilities are based in Bournezeau, in France’s Vendée department. The company was acquired in 2018 by PEP, the egg branch of the Eureden group,, and each year it offers new product applications for different categories of food products, namely :
- Egg product sprays with a flagship product under the Cocotine brand for gilding pastries in bakeries.
- Delicatessen seasonings such as organic lemon juice from Sicily or oils.
- Vegetable toppings or culinary aids for the restaurant trade.
Last but not least, Coltivia launches its brand Cook in Spray and develops recipes for whipped creams for the preparation of desserts, toppings for hot or cold drinks for coffee shops and fast food restaurants.
An agile team at your service
Coltivia’s unique know-how and the responsiveness of its R&D team allow us to offer a wide range of tastes, flavours and textures to meet your requirements. The sales and marketing teams are there to help you decipher innovations and propose new collections each year in response to market trends. The industrial tool allows us to produce small series to test concepts with consumers, to carry out panels with chefs or barristas.

The Coltivia Cook in Spray production site is located in Bournezeau, in the Vendée department, with a 2,000 m² workshop including:
– A line dedicated to the production of egg-based products.
– A line dedicated to Coltivia’s other categories of speciality products.
– An R&D line for innovations and pre-series production.
– An in-house test lab.
